Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States (lower 48 states only). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time.

Processing Time
Every Cottonwood Collective product is hand-poured and made fresh weekly in small batches. Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the day your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows delivered by USPS, we are unable to refund or replace it. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at cottonwoodcollectivetn@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Holiday & Severe Weather Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons or severe weather events. These delays are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.
